CA C V Dharkar, senior partner and founder of the firm, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1982 and also completed Cost Accountancy course from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India in 1982.
Over his vast professional lifespan which is now touching three decade. He has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients. He has developed considerable expertise in practice domains ranging from Auditing, Income-tax, and Service tax to FEMA. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm.
Sunil Kumar Gupta (Partner)

Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012 and also completed Company Secretary Course from The Institute of Companies Secretary Of India in year 2011. He has an experience in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession services.
He is having good hands on experience in audits comprising of Internal Audits, Bank Audits covering vide range such as Inspection Audit, Concurrent Audit, Special Audits, Fraud Investigations etc., and He is well versed in Tax Laws, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing Standards, RBI Norms etc. He has hands on experience in providing total management solutions to Companies and non-profit organizations.
Alok Kumar (Partner)

Mr. Alok Kumar (Mishra) is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2011 and started practice since then. During the course of his professional practice, Alok has gained diverse experience in audit, accounting and company law practice vis-à-vis a broad range of industries and businesses. He heads the team specializing in the fields of Audit & Assurances.
His audit experience includes Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Management Audits and Investigation Audits. Apart from the routine audit services, Alok is also looking after the loan syndication and representation before the financial institutions and banks .He also has rich experience in the field of Delhi & UP-VAT, Direct taxation, compliance and regulatory practice and provides multinational and domestic organizations with advisory services on tax planning and structuring, direct and indirect taxation, compliance planning and structuring, state and federal compliance, regulatory planning and structuring, exchange control and corporate law consultation.
Pradeep Kumar (Partner)

Mr. Pradeep Kumar (Bharadwaj) is a Commerce Graduate. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2011 and started practice since then; He has also completed Cost and Management Accountancy from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India in year 2011.
He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for corporate/ Non-Corporates on Income tax, Service Tax matters. He has extensive experience in representing cases before various Appellate authorities including Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT). He has a good background with exposure to Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, Secretarial work, Statutory Audit of Branches of Bank, T.D.S., Service Tax, FCRA and in NGO Matters.
